Intake Review Comments Narrative
1. Please review 2020 fee schedule. Site plan fee is $2,165 + units and a deviation fee will
be required.
Response: An additional check for $128.00 is included in the submittal
2. Include Shane Collins’ title and position with the LLC
Response: Shane Collins Title and Position of President and CEO has been added to
application
3. Include residential density calculations
Response: The residential density has been added to the Cover Sheet.
4. Label snow storage in the Site Plan, could not find ‘O’
Response: The snow storage areas label “O” has been designated
5. Label block frontage, including dimensions
Response: The Block Frontage Designation has been added to the Overall Plan.
6. Label front, rear, and sideyard setbacks for all buildings
Response: The building elevation labels have been revised to front, back, side and side.
7. Include north arrows on floor plans
Response: The building plans are for one building design that is rotated for the
different locations. A North Arrow is not relevant.
8. It appears the elevations are mixed up. The South and North elevations are shown as the
entrance and rear of the buildings

10. Label the pathway encroachments in the rear of the site
