Water and sewer services will be installed at each building, and an asphalt road will also be constructed. An on-site stormwater retention/infiltration basin has been designed for stormwater flows. Permanent stormwater control will consist of sheet flow over an asphalt roadway surface to curb inlets around the site. The curb inlets will direct stormwater to a retention infiltration basin located on site via piping (see attached SWPPP drawing). Temporary BMPs include: Straw wattles around the south and east site perimeter that will remain in place until vegetation has been established. A designated construction entrance with a vehicle tracking pad is located at the east entrance to the site. A concrete washout area and concrete containment area, material stockpile locations, trash receptacles, and worker toilets will be provided. Daily clean ups and weekly street sweeping will be required. Vegetative buffer exists along the north and west portions of the property. Regular SWPPP inspections will be completed. Section J – Fee: NEW PROJECTS: Indicate the acreage of construction related disturbance indicated in Section H of this NOI form.
