The Collins Apartments is a 1.109 acre residential development consisting of four(4) buildings,
each with four(4) 3-bedroom apartments, for a total of 16 dwelling units. It is in R-3 zoning on
Warbler Way at the intersection with Catalyst Street in Bozeman. All internal drives and other
infrastructure will be built at once. The buildings may be constructed in phases. Each 3-story
dwelling contains a 1-car garage with 2-car drive. The site will have underground stormwater
retention systems. Snow storage will be provided on site.
Parking for the project exceeds minimum code requirements.
