Hope you're hanging in there. Fingers crossed we're back to normalcy and decency on Jan 20,2021. The trigger for CIL water rights is not met for the project because the existing water demand for the buildings won't be 1AF more upon redevelopment. Stay well, Brian From:Susan Riggs<sriggs@groundprint.com> Sent:Wednesday,April 8,2020 11:05 PM To: Brian Heaston<bheaston@BOZEMAN.NET> Subject:cash in lieu of H2O rights Hi Brian- Hope you are doing well amidst this bizarre time. I am working on a reuse application for HRDC's homeless youth program called Blueprint. We just finished a CON R review and one of the DRC comments asked us to contact you regarding cash-in-lieu of water rights. There are two existing homes on the site(214 and 216 North 15th)that are proposed to be reused to group living. The back unit was built in 2001. Can you tell us if we owe anything? Thanks and let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks!
