HomeMy WebLinkAbout19495 Notice NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the site plan and conditional use permit criteria of sections 38.230.100 and 38.230.110 of the municipal code and associated standards. Approval or conditional approval may be granted if the decision maker determines all criteria are met. The public may comment orally at the public hearing or in writing at or prior to the public hearing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Project Name: Headwaters Academy Site Plan & CUP Application: 19495 Summary: Conditional use permit (CUP) and site plan (SP) application for a proposed change of use from Single Household Residential to Community Center, a conditional use in R-5. The existing structure is proposed to be reused for office administration and assembly space for the school, and a new 7,700 square foot classroom building is proposed with associated site improvements on a 3.021 acre lot as detailed in applications 19495. Rouse Avenue Bozeman, MT, OR be held using WebEx, an online video conferencing system. If held electronically, the public may join the WebEx meeting or may stream the meeting through the City’s website at https://www.bozeman.net/services/city-tv-and-streaming-audio. The agenda to be published for the meeting will specify which one of the two meeting methods will be used. The meeting agenda is published on the City’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. The agenda is available in the Meetings and Events portion of the City’s website at https://www.bozeman.net/home. If needed, instructions for joining the WebEx meeting will be included on the published agenda for the City Commission meeting.
