Good afternoon Griffin, The estimated peak hour trips generated by the proposed orthodontics office (3,700 square foot building) are as follow: Weekday AM Peak Hour = (3.50 trips/1,000 SF) x (3,700 SF) = 13 trips Weekday PM Peak Hour = (4.27 trips/1,000 SF) x (3,700 SF) = 16 trips Saturday Peak Hour = (3.63 trips/1,000 SF) x (3,700 SF) = 14 trips Sunday Peak Hour = (0.40 trips/1,000 SF) x (3,700 SF) = 2 trips I have attached the referenced charts from the Trip Generation manual from the Institute of Transportation Engineers for a medical-dental office building. We are starting on a new project in the Bozeman Gateway PUD subdivision for an orthodontics office. The project is located on lot 4 of block 7 in Phase 3 of the PUD and will be a 3,700 square foot, single-story, orthodontics office building (with 8 patient chairs).
