Martha,
A CILWR credit exists for the subject property from its platting. The credit available is 2.0 AF. The CILWR
code says that additional payment is required if the anticipated annual water demand is 1 AF or more
above the amount of CILWR already provided. This sets the payment threshold at 3 AF. The dentist office
annual water use will fall under the threshold value. No CILWR are required for this poject. Please provide
this email when you file the site plan application for the project.

Good afternoon Brian,
I am working on a new project called Yellowstone Orthodontics. The project proposes a new orthodontics
office building on Lot 4 of Block 7 of the Bozeman Gateway PUD, Phase 3.
There will be 8 total dental chairs in the 3,700 square foot, one-story office building. Would you be able to
provide an estimate for the CILWR for this project?
