1. Depictions and locations of dental and specialty equipment are provided within the design
documents for purposes of reference only; all specific locations and installation requirements
must be coordinated and verified with the relevant vendor and/or specialist. GC shall procure
equipment templates and layout all required utilities with equipment vendor/ specialist in
advance of work.
2. Clinical area (Operatories, Sterilization, and Lab) dimensions are critical; maintain indicated
size. Contact Architect if conflicts are encountered.
3. Confirm conduit requirements with Dental Equipment Vendor and Information Technologist (IT)
Vendor prior to slab pour -back and GWB installation.
4. Provide exhaust fans at: Mechanical Room (thermostat controlled), Lab, and all TLT rooms.
Refer to Mechanical drawings.
Note:
Field verify suitability of existing floor, provide all requirements
(subfloor, leveling, etc.) for complete install as recommended
by product material manufacturer's specifications.
