Dear Todd:
I am writing to you to seek comment on a proposed subdivision within the City of Bozeman. The property is located at the northeast corner of Resort Drive and Fallon Street. The site has approval
through the City of Bozeman plan review process for 336 apartments, ranging in size from one to three bedrooms.
The subdivision is a request to create two lots to coincide with the two phases of the apartment
development. Phase 1 is currently under construction, and occupancy will begin in 2020. Below is a summary of the proposed subdivision.

1-bedroom:78 units 1-bedroom:46 units 2-bedroom:96 units 2-bedroom:64 units
3-bedroom:42 units 3-bedroom:10 units
Total Apartments: 216 units Total Apartments: 120 units
