REPAIR AND RE-ROLL AREAS WITH DEPRESSIONS, LUMPS OR OTHER IRREGULARITIES. HEAVY ROLLING TO CORRECT IRREGULARITIES IN GRADE IS NOT PERMITTED. 5.WATER ALL SODDED AREAS IMMEDIATELY AFTER SOD LAYING TO OBTAIN MOISTURE PENETRATION THROUGH SOD INTO TOP 4" OF TOPSOIL. 6.PROVIDE ADEQUATE PROTECTION OF SODDED AREAS AGAINST TRESPASSING, EROSION AND DAMAGE OF ANY KIND. REMOVE THIS PROTECTION AFTER SODDED AREAS HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE OWNER. 7.REPLACE DAMAGED AREAS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO OWNER.
