Resolution 5155, Modifying Special Improvement Lighting District No. 728 to Add Phase 6 to the existing District for The Lakes at Valley West (Donald) Consider the Motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5155 modifying Special Improvement Lighting District No 728 (The Lakes at Valley West Phases 1-5B) to add Phase 6 to the existing district for the purpose of maintaining lighting improvements and assessing the costs of the maintenance and energy therefor to benefitted property by the levy of special assessment. 2. Resolution 5174, Amendment of Street Reconstruction Funding Policy (Rosenberry) Consider the Motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5174, amending Resolution 4507, goals and policies for the funding of street reconstruction projects. 3. Resolution 5169, Adopting Gender Pay Equity Policies for the City and Establishing Requirements for the City’s Vendors and Suppliers (Stambaugh) Consider the Motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5169 adopting gender pay equity policies for the City and establishing requirements for the City’s vendors and suppliers. 4. Bridger View Redevelopment Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD), Application 19464 (Rogers) Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 19464 and move to approve the Bridger View Redevelopment Planned Unit Development application subject to conditions and all applicable code provisions. 5. Bridger View Redevelopment Subdivision Preliminary Plat, Application 19466 (Rogers) Consider the Parks Plan Recommended Motion: Having reviewed and considered the parks plan, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 19466 and move to approve the parks master plan for the Bridger View Redevelopment Subdivision with conditions and subject to all Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, May 18, 2020 Page 4 of 4 applicable code provisions. Consider the Preliminary Plat Recommended Motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 19466 and move to recommend approval of the subdivision with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions.
