Dear Sarah:
Attached are two 11x17 copies and two digital copies of Building Z Revised Site Plan Application as well as a
departure check for $234. As a reminder, Building “Z” is planned to be a 2-floor office building located on Lot 3 in
Block 7 of Phase 3 of the Bozeman Gateway. The parking will be provided directly to the north and east of the
proposed building as well as 1 spot in Lot1A in the Morrison Maierle parking lot.
