CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN-MOUNTAIN VISTA HOUSING COMPLEX
The proposed Mountain Vista Housing Complex is a 25-unit complex with both single and duplex
buildings located at 2928 W. Babcock Street, in Bozeman, Montana. Stormwater, water and sewer,
and dry utilities will be installed prior to construction of the proposed buildings. The vehicle drive
aisles and pedestrian sidewalks/trails will also be completed prior to construction of the buildings.
The buildings will be completed in a series of phases with adjacent empty building pads being
used for soil stockpiles, construction materials and staging, and construction dumpsters. The
contractor will maintain vehicle and pedestrian accessibility to completed buildings. The
contractor will be required to use best management practices for stormwater protection during
construction. Construction traffic will follow the route shown on sheet C2.0 of the site plan
application. The final phases will be constructed with materials, soils and dumpsters stored off-
site.
