This is a multi-family development type with 24 total MF units. Std unit demand of .124 AF/MF unit will be applied. Additional CILWR demand for irrigation water will apply if an exempt well for some reason isn’t allowable by DNRC. I’ll write this up more formally in email this week. A conceptual site plan is attached to give you an idea of what is proposed for the development. The existing buildings will be demolished. The landscaping will be irrigated with a well. There are 11 side-by-side duplexes, and 3 single-family units. Do you consider side-by-side duplexes multi-family for the purpose of your calculations? I hope this is enough information. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks, Drew Kirsch, E.I. www.chengineers.com "This message and/or attachment contains confidential information.
