COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 5159
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, RATIFYING THE DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY FOR COVID-
19 PANDEMIC.
WHEREAS,on March 16,2020,the City Manager for the City of Bozeman issued the Declaration
of Emergency for Covid-19 Pandemic (the "Declaration"); and .
WHEREAS,the City Commission desires to ratify the issuance of the Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, to wit:
Section 1
The City Commission hereby agrees with the findings stated in the Declaration and ratifies the same.
Section 2
This Resolution is effective upon passage and approval.
