On February 25, 2020, this office received your plan, timetable, and instructions for the following mail ballot
election to be held on March 5, 2020:
♦ Three Forks Rural Fire District – Trustee
♦ Hebgen Basin Rural Fire District – Trustee
♦ Big Sky Rural Fire District – Trustee
♦ Big Sky Water/Sewer District – Director
♦ Big Sky Resort Area Tax District – Director
♦ Big Sky Resort Area Tax District – 1% Increase
♦ City of Bozeman Parks & Trails District – Creation
After review, this office hereby approves the above plan, timetable, and instructions for the election. The
election must be conducted in compliance with Title 13, Chapter 19 of the Montana Code Annotated and
Rule 44, Chapter 3, Subchapter 27 of the Administrative Rules.
