It is understood that the Architect's scope is to provide a limited set or a "Builders Set" of drawings to properly communicate the project design to the Contractor. The General Contractor shall be responsible to ensure all phases of construction comply with any and all applicable codes. Furthermore, it is understood that the General Contractor will be responsible for any required detailing not covered in the limited set of drawings, including but not limited to: any and all flashing conditions with roof, wall and floor drainage planes as well as any building fenestration, connection details, and any other details not provided in the limited set of drawings as well as coordination with the various manufacturers involved throughout the project. The Architect is available to provide additional detail and coordination at the discretion of the Owner. The General Contractor and his subcontractors shall provide all permits, labor, materials, equipment, connections, services, surveying and layout, transportation, taxes, insurance, bonds etc. required or incidental to providing a complete job. All construction, materials and installation shall conform with adopted building codes, and also with all federal, state, and local requirements if applicable. All work is to be done in accordance with governing jurisdictions, laws, ordinances, codes, covenants, and committees or organizations. STORMWATER BMPs - The general contractor shall ensure strict conformance with required stormwater BMPs for Demolition per City of Bozeman Best Management Practices Manual for Construction Sites.
