Please find attached our proposal spreadshect to repair the Bogart Pavihon as per discussions
with you and John Schlegelmilch and dctails drawn by John Schlegelmilch.
Scope 0 f Work:
Remove and haul off damaged trusses, plywood, and roofing matenal
(Approx. 15,000 sf)
Replace with specified trusses, hardware, 5/8 plywood roof sheathing
Replace the damaged arched beams
Replace Membrane roof
New Electrical
Sand blast and Paint
Clean up
Exclusions:
Rewire existing Sound system
