Main House
** See Appendix A for Window Schedules for the Main House.
Siding:
For the main body of the house we propose horizontal pine shiplap siding, with 6” reveal, stained green.
For the gable running E to W we propose a vertical reclaimed wood rain screen, with 5” wide boards.
Around the base of the house, we propose a grey stone skirt.
Roofing:
We propose a 1.5” mechanical lock, standing seam, light gray, metal roof.
Garage / ADU
** See Appendix B for Window Schedules for the Garage / ADU.
Siding:
We propose a wood-formed, pressed, concrete wall to wrap the building in a geometric layout.
The remainder of the building will be sided with vertical reclaimed wood rain screen, with 5” wide
boards to match the Main House. An accent wall on the southern elevation is proposed to be sided with
horizontal ship-lap siding, painted white. The profile and 6” reveal will match the siding used for the
Main House.
Roofing:
We propose a 1.5” mechanical lock, standing
seam, rusted, metal roof.
