Revisions include those in response to a Corrections Letter (reducing the encroachment into
the east front yard setback by three inches in order to avoid the need for a deviation, reducing
the encroachment into the south side/back yard setback by eight inches in order to avoid the
need for city commission approval, labeling interior space on the top floor to clarify that no
change of use is being requested), and those involved in incorporating parallel chord trusses in
order to avoid the need for a center post on the south center of the deck/roof.
