NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR GROWTH POLICY AMENDMENT
An application was submitted to the City of Bozeman Department of Community Development to amend
Figure 3-1, future land use map of the Bozeman Community Plan to change approximately 8.025 acres from
Community Commercial Mixed Use and Residential to Residential Mixed Use. The property is located at the
southwest corner of Bridger Drive and Story Mill Road. The property is legally described as the SW ¼ of
Section 31, Township 1 South, Range 6 East, Principal Meridian, Gallatin County, Montana.
The purpose of the public hearings is to consider the requested growth policy amendment to the Bozeman
Community Plan future land use map proposed by the property owner, the Trust for Public Land, 901 5th Ave,
Suite 1520, Seattle, WA 98164, applicant, HRDC, 32 South Tracy Ave, Bozeman MT 59715, and representative,
Groundprint, LLC, 1262 Stoneridge Drive, Bozeman MT 59718.
At the public hearing the City Commission may act to approve, modify, or reject the proposal or
continue the public hearing to another date. The City Commission may revise the proposed amendment
referred to in this notice during the public hearing process.

proposal may be revised as the public review
process proceeds. The City invites the public to
comment in writing and to attend the public
