KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Philip S. Cook and Salie B. O'Malley, of the City and
County of Sarasota, State of Florida, make, constitute and appoint Kim E. Walker, true and lawful attorney for us
and in our name, place and stead, and for our sole use and benefit, with full power and authority, to do and
perform each and every act necessary, as fully as we might do if personally present, to accomplish and complete
the following act or transaction, to wit:
to accomplish the execution of documents, easements, maps, plats, or amendments. or any
contemplated act necessary to accomplish the annexation of Tracts 2, 3, and 4 of the Van Horn
Subdivision, Gallatin County, Montana, to the City of Bozeman, Montana, and to accomplish the related
zone map amendment, and boundary alignment matters necessary to obtain approval by the Bozeman
City Commission or its representatives of such annexation, amendment or boundary realignment.
This Power of Attorney shall automatically expire by its own terms upon completion of the limited
purpose set forth above, but in no event shall it be effective on or after June 1, 2000.
