Dear Mr. Karp:
As of May 8, 2018, we hereby recommend you for a term as our County Representative to
the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board. The Bozeman City Commission will confirm our
recommendation at an upcoming public hearing. Your term is completing a vacated position and
will expire on December 31, 2019.
Enclosed is an Oath of Office. You will need to stop by the Elections Department to have
Clerk and Recorder Charlotte Mills administer the Oath, or you may go before a Notary Public
and mail the Oath back to us. Please do this at your earliest convenience.
