Dear Mr. Pape,
As of this date we hereby recommend you for a term as our County Representative to the
Bozeman City Planning Board. The Bozeman City Commission will confirm our
recommendation at an upcoming public hearing. Your term will be for two years and expire on
January 31, 2019.
Enclosed is an Oath of Office. You will need to stop by the Election Office to have Clerk and
Recorder Charlotte Mills administer the Oath, or you may go before a Notary Public and mail the
Oath back to us. Please do this at your earliest convenience.
