HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 81- 1075 Salaries for mayor and city commissioners 114 ORDINANCE NO. 1075 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZH1AN, MONTANA, FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE CITY COMMISSIONERS AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZH1AN, ~10NTANA: Section 1- That the salaries of the City Commissioners and the Mayor of the City of I Bozeman be established as follows: for each meeting attended, the sum of $70.00 for each Commissioner. The salary of the Commissioner acting as Mayor shall be one and one-half (1~) times that of the other Commissioners, or the sum of $105.00. Section 2. These salaries shall be effective July 1, 1981. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after the date of its passage and approval.
