ORDINANCE NO. 1074
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING
THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY
MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section l. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given by,
the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commiss"ion of
Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1982, be as follows, to wit:
City Manager - $36,000/year Official bond $ 20,000.
City Attorney - $60.00/hour, not to Official bond $ 10,000.
exceed $28,000/year
Clerk of City Commission - $15,000/year Official bond $ 20,000.
Director of Finance - $23,000/year Official bond $100,000.
City Judge - $13,200/year Official bond $ 10,000.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be
effective as of July 1, 1981.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after the
I date of its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION at a regular session thereof held on the
29th day of July 1981.
