ORDINANCE NO. 1072
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY .COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AMENDING SECTION 18.93.040 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL
CODE DELETING THE STANDARD FEE FOR VARIANCE REQUEST ,AND
SUBSTITUTING WIf NWVPMC/F/ fFfFf:NFffV T-/jL FEE SCHEDULE CONTAINED
IN SECTION 18.09.070 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:

That Section 18.93.040 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
18.93.040 PROCEDURE
Written applications for appeals or modifications (variance) shall be
filed in the office of the building official. See Section 18.09.070
Schedule of Fees, Charges and Expenses for fee schedule. No application
will be regarded as having been filed until such fee has been paid.
The Board shall cause to be made such investigation of facts bearing on
the application as will provide necessary information to assure that
the action on each such application is consistent with the intent and
purpose of this ordinance. During time of appeal all construction shall
cease and shall not commence until approved by the Board of Adjustment.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after its adoption.

Montana, this 22nd day of July 1981.
