ORDINANCE NO. 1066
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ELECTRICAL POWER SUB-STATIONS AS A CONDITIONAL
USE IN THE AS ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS TO-WIT:
I That Section 18.72.150 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"18.72.150 - Conditional Uses.
The following uses may be permitted as conditional uses in the districts as specified;
AS - Agriculture District
Public and private parks and playgrounds, golf courses and country clubs, hunting and
fishing clubs, schools and travel trailer parks, and television and radio broadcasting
studios and transmitters, ambulance service and electrical power sub-stations.
That all other designated conditional uses of various zones as set out in 18.72.150 are
hereby confirmed and reordained.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of
of February 1981.
