ORDINANCE NO. 1065
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE
OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR BUILDING PERMITS, APPEALS AND OTHER PROCEDURES
PERTAINING TO THE BOZEMAN ZONING CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
I That Chapter 18.09.070 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby ordained to
read as follows:
SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR BUILDING PERMITS, APPEALS AND OTHER
18.09.070
PROCEDURES PERTAINING TO THE BOZEMAN ZONING CODE.
FEES
Zone Map Change $200.00 plus $2.00 per acre up to 80 acres; greater
than 80 acres, $1.00 per acre for each acre over 80
acres plus fee above.
Zone Code Amendment $200.00.
Variance $125.00 all uses except Single-Family; $40.00 Single-
Family only.
Minor Planned Unit Development $100.00 plus $3.00 per residential unit and/or $2.00
(given summary review) per 1,000 square feet of gross leaseable industrial
or commercial (includes professional business offices)
floor area.
Minor Planned Unit Development $200.00 plus $3.00 per residential unit and/or $2.00
(requiring a public hearing) per 1,000 square feet of gross leaseable industrial
or commercial (includes professional business offices)
floor area.
Major Planned Unit Development $200.00 plus $3.00 per residential unit and/or $2.00
per 1,000 square feet of gross leasable industrial
I or commercial (includes professional business offices)
floor space.
Mobile Home Parks $200.00 plus $3.00 per trailer space.
Travel Trailer Parks $200.00 plus $3.00 per trailer space.
Shopping Centers $250.00 plus $1.50 per 1,000 square feet of gross
leasable floor area.
Listed Conditional Uses and $200.00.
Transitional Zone Uses
Landscape/Parking Plan Reviews $60. 00.
Building Permits As set forth by the Uniform Building Code adopted by
the City Commission.
Section 1
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days
after its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, this 1st
day of October 1980.
