ORDINANCE NO. 1063
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOZEMAN AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1058 TO PRO-
VIDE THAT SAID ORDINANCE SHALL NOT BECOME EFFEC-
TIVE UNTIL THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS THEREOF HAVE
BEEN APPROVED BY THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
OF THE STATE OF MONTANA.
I Be it ordained by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, that:
Section 1
Ordinance No. 1058 of the City of Bozeman shall not become effective until the terms
and provisions of said Ordinance shall have been approved by the Public Service Commission
of the State of Montana.
