ORDINANCE NO. 1061
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY Of 80ZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXIN~
THE MONTHLY SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY
MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM~1ISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
Secti on 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commission
of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1981, be as follows to wit:
City r1anager - $2,574.67jmonth official bond $20,000.
Ci ty Attorney - $50.00jhr.. not to exceed
$24,000.jper year official bond $10,000.
Clerk of City Commission - $1,428.83jmonth official bond $15,000.
Director of Finance - $1,913.08/month official bond $60,000.
Police Judge - $l,OOO.OOjmonth official bond $ 5,000.
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ordinance shall be
effective as of July 1, 1980.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION at a regular session thereof held on the
9th day of September, 1980.
