HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 80- 1052 Amends Ord. 1037, salaries 062 ORDINANCE NO. 1052 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1037 AND REVISING THE MONTHLY SALARY OF THE POLICE JUDGE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA: I Section 1 That the monthly salary of the Police Judge of the City of Bozeman, Montana, as fixed at the rate of $750.00 per month, by Ordinance No. 1037, of the City of Bozeman, be amended and fixed at the rate of $916.66 per month. Section 2 That the revised salary of the Police Judge as fixed by this Ordinance shall be effective as of January 1, 1980. Section 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage and approval.
