ORDINANCE NO. 1048
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AMENDING CHAPTER 18.72 OF THE
BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE ALLOWING ELECTRICAL SUB-STATIONS AS A COND-
ITIONAL USE IN THE A S ZONE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS: I
Section 1
That Chapter 18.72.050 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and is hereby amended
to read as follows:
18.72.050 CONDITIONAL USE
The following uses may be permitted as conditional uses in the districts as specified:
A S Agriculture District
Public and private parks and playgrounds, golf courses and country clubs, hunting and
fishing clubs, schools and travel trailer parks, and television and radio broadcasting
studios and transmitters, and ambulance service, and electrical substations.
Section 2
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, this
20th day of February, 1980. _---
