Message: I would like to voice my concern about the pan handlers. It seems to be a growing
career in Bozeman. I would think that Bozeman being the beautiful community it is, that there
would be an ordinance of some sort, stopping these people from begging. As a parent, I do not
feel safe going to Walmart or Costco. When you have a pan handler on each side of you and one if front of your car, it is overwhelming. Is there an ordinance? Or even talk about placing an
ordinance for these pan handlers. Is there any sort of discussion happening about this problem? I
would appreciate a response. Thank you for listening.
