Message: Issue for Consideration: Two tracts of land between Story Mill Road and Par Court, Bridger
Creek Subdivision, Tract B and Tract C look very much like a junk yard. Are they approved as doing
business as Junk Yard? If so, I would hope that privacy fencing be mandated. Par Court runs parallel with
these lots and is directly behind them. Llooking out toward the mountains we see several old boats,
trucks, trailers, flat bed trailers, a cement mixer, a box car type container, and anything else you can
imagine. An easy solution would be a five-foot redwood privacy fence. They could keep their junk and I,
and all my neighbors, would be fee of the junk yard view. Could you please look into this and have
someone get back to me? Thank you Commissioners for looking into this for all residents on Par Court,
and beyond.
