ORDINANCE NO. 1036
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN ENACTING CHAPTER 8.05 OF THE BOZEMAN
MUNICIPAL CODE RESTRICTING THE USE OF LINDLEY PARK FROM ONE-HALF HOUR
AFTER SUNSET TO ONE-HALF HOUR BEFORE SUNRISE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
That Chapter 8.05 of the Bozeman Municipal Code is hereby enacted to read as follows:
Chapter 8.05
It shall be unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for any person, association, group
or organization, without written permission of the City Manager or his authorized agent, of
the City of Bozeman to enter and remain within the boundaries of Lindley Park from one-half
(1/2) hour after sunset to one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage and approval according to law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, THIS
3RD DAY OF OCTOBER, 1979.
