ORDINANCE NO. 1032
AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTIONS 2.12.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN ESTABLISHING THE RATE OF INTEREST TO BE PAID ON REG-
ISTERED WARRANTS OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AND DECLARING THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF ENACTMENT.
II/ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
That there is hereby created Section 2.12.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of Bozeman
which shall state as follows:
Section 1
That warrants issued by the City of Bozeman, Montana, and not paid for want of funds shall
bear interest at the rate of 71/2% from the time of registration until such warrant is called for
payment.
Section 2
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days after its passage and adoption by
the City Commission of the City of Bozeman.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman held
on the 18th day of July, 1979.
