ORDINANCE NO. 1015
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS OF EMPLOYEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, as follows:
I Section 1
All employees of the City of Bozeman are required to maintain their residency within
the City of Bozeman or within three miles of the city limits of the City of Bozeman, Montana.
Section 2
Any employee desiring to live outside of the city limits of the City of Bozeman shall:
a. Obtain written permission from his respective department head and the City
Manager of the City of Bozeman.
b. Establish a residency on an all weather road.
c. Provide a personal one party line telephone connection to the residency.
d. Execute a written consent to annexation by the City of Bozeman.
Section 3
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, this 1st
day of November, 1978.

general circulation printed and published in said Bozeman in the issue
