kept clean) but will do nothing about the major eye sore and safety hazard between N 11th - N
15th between Babcock and Main. There are no sidewalks or street lights on Babcock, which is
used by many people daily and a large majority of the walkers are students. Property owners everywhere else in town are required to have sidewalks ,why are the property owners on babcock not required to?
