ORDINANCE NO. 998
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CITY POLICE TO MAKE ARREST OF PERSONS CHARGED
WITH CRIME WITHIN FIVE (5) MILES OF THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the city of Bozeman, Montana, as follows
Pursuant to Section 11-960 R.C.M. 1947, the members of the police department of the
city of Bozeman are hereby authorized to make arrests of persons charged with crime within
the city limits of the city of Bozeman and within five (5) miles thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission this 30th day of November, 1977.

I, Erna V. Harding, Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 998 was published by
title and number in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in said Bozeman in the issue of the
19th day of January, 1978, and due proof of such publication is on file
in my office.
