ORDINANCE NO. 994
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY SALARY AND
OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given by, the
City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of the City Commission of Bozeman,
Montana, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978, be as follows to wit: I
City Manager - $2,167.00/month - official bond $20,000.00
City Attorney - $l,375.00/month - official bond $ 2,500.00
Clerk of City Commission - $l,123.00/month - official bond $15,000.00
Director of Finance - $l,62S.00/month - official bond $60,000.00
Police Judge - $ 680.00/month - official bond $ 5,000.00
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ordinance, shall be
effective as of July 1, 1977.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the date of
its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at a regular session thereof held on the 17th day
of August 1977.

I, Erna V. Harding, Clerk of the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 994 was published by
title and number in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in said Bozeman in the issue of the
21st day of August 1977, and due proof of such publication is on file in
my office.
