HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 77- 988, Beer sales at recreation complex 425 ORDINANCE NO. 988 AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING THE SALE AND 'CONSUMPTION OF BEER AT THE EAST SIDE MUNICIPAL RECREATION COMPLEX ON A SPECIAL PERMIT BASIS. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, as follows Section 1 I Any softball or baseball association conducting a recreationa~ program at the East Side Municipal Recreation Complex of the City of Bozeman shall, in the discre- tion of the City Commission, by order entered on it minutes,he granted a special permit to sell beer to patrons attending a softball or baseball game at the Bozeman East Side Municipal Recreation Complex to be consumed at said complex. The permit shall specify the location of the baseball or softball game, the period for which the permit is to be held and shall be signed by- one or more of the officers of such associ.ation or corporation and shall be accompanied by the amount of the permit fee hereinaf~er prescribed. The permit issued under this Sec~ion shall be a special permit and shall not authorize the sale of beer for a longer period than the day or days of the scheduled game or tournament. Section 2 The permit fee shall be $10.00 for each day the permit is granted, but in no case, less than $25.00, which is fixed as minimum 6ee for such permit.
