ORDINANCE NO. 985
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.48.020 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODES BY
ADDING BARBER AND BEAUTY SHOPS AS A PERMITTED USE IN A B-3 DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1
That Section 18.48.020 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be amended by adding as subsection twenty-
three (23) the following permitted uses in a B-3 zone: (23) Barber Shops and Beauty Shops.
Section 2
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, held
this 30th day of March 1977.
