ORDINANCE NO. 977
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 18.69.030 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL
CODE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS
FOLLOWS, TO WIT:
Section 1 I
That Section 18.69.030 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby
repealed.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days from and after its
final passage and approval according to law.
PASSED by the City Commission and approved by the Mayor of the City of Bozeman
this 11th day of August, 1976.
