ORDINANCE NO. 972
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR EXPENDITURES DEEMED NECESSARY
AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE, ETC.,
OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 30 JUNE 1977.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1. That out'of the certain balances, accrued and unencumbered after the claims allowed

1 July 1976, and after payment of the-interest and principal of bonds or warrants heretofore called,
have been paid which remain as balances'-in the several funds, shall be and are hereby appropriated
for use during the-fiscal year ending.30 June 1977, as provided by law.

See tion 2. That the following sums of money inclusive of the aforesaid balances, be, and the
same are, hereby appropriated for the operation of the Municipal C~vernment of the City of Bozeman,
for the payment of its obligation for transfer as shown; for capital outlay, and for investments for
the fiscal year ending 30 June 1977, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-3318 to 11-3322 inclusive,
R.C.M., 1947, and amendments thereto and in accordance with the annual budget and recommendation sub-
mitted by the City Manager as amended and/or approved by the Commission as hereinafter set forth.

Finally passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a regular
session thereof held on the 11th day of August, 1976.

Introduced, read for the first time and provisionally, passed by the City Commission on
Wednesday, 21 July 1976. Date set for public hearing as Wednesday, 4 August 1976.
Published as provisionally passed in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle on Friday, 23 July 1976.
Published as finally passed in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle on Friday, 13 August 1976.
Effective 1 July 1976: I
Copies of aforesaid Ordinance No. 972 as provisionally passed and copies of the City Manager's
estimates and recommendations are on file with the Clerk of the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, at the Municipal Building and may be examined by interested persons during office hours.
Any person desiring to be heard before final passage of the aforesaid Ordinance is invited to
appear at the regular meeting of the City Commission to be held on Wednesday, 11 August 1976, at
1:15 o'clock p.m.
