AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 18. 69. 210 OF THE BOZEMAN
MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR THE LOCATION OF AMBULANCE
SERVICE IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS
FOLLOWS, TO WIT:
Section 1
That Section 18. 69. 210 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is
hereby enacted as follows :
18. 69. 210 AMBULANCE SERVICE LOCATION - No ambulance service
shall be permitted as a conditional use in a residential
district, unless such ambulance service is located on an
existing or planned primary or community arterial.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days from and after its
final passage and approval according to law.
PASSED by the City Commission and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Bozeman this 7th day of July, 1976.
