ORDINANCE NO. 968 AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 18. 69. 210 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR THE LOCATION OF AMBULANCE SERVICE IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: Section 1 That Section 18. 69. 210 of the Bozeman Municipal Code be and the same is hereby enacted as follows : 18. 69. 210 AMBULANCE SERVICE LOCATION - No ambulance service shall be permitted as a conditional use in a residential district, unless such ambulance service is located on an existing or planned primary or community arterial. Section 2 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days from and after its final passage and approval according to law.
