AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN ADOPTING UNIFORM FIRE CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS,
Section 1
There is hereby adopted by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, that
certain code known as "Uniform Fire Code, 1973 Edition" as copyrighted by the international
conference of building officials and the Western Fire Chiefs Association, of which code
not less than three copies have been and now are filed in the office of the Clerk of the
City Commission, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out
at length herein.
Section 2
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are expressly
repealed.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, this
19th day of March, 1975.

the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished in Bozeman in the issue of the 23rd day of March 1975, and due proof of
such publication is on file in my office.
