HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 74- 949, Money appropriation for budget. 339 ORDINANCE NO. 949 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR EXPENDITURES DEEMED NECESSARY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE ETC. , OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FCR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 30 JUNE 1975. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: I Section 1. That out of the certain balances, accrued and unencumbered after the claims allowed 1 July 1974, and after payment of the interest and principal of bonds or warrants heretofore called, have been paid which remain as balances in the several funds, shall be and are hereby appropriated for use during the fiscal year ending 30 June 1975, as provided by law. That the following sums of money inclusive of the aforesaid balances, be, and the same are, hereby appropriated for the operation of the Munic'ipa1 Government of the City of Bozeman, for the payment of its obligation for transfer as shown; for capi~al outlay, and for investments for the fiscal year ending 30 June 1975, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-3318 to 11-3322 inclusive, R.C.M., 1947; and amendments thereto and in accordance with the annual budget and recommendation submitted by the City Manager as amended and/or approved by the Commission as hereinafter set forth. That this Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and ten days Monday in August, 1974. (12 August 1974) after such publication, may be passed, but shall not be finally passed before the second Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its final passage and approval. Effective 1 July 1974: Copies of the aforesaid Ordinance No. 949 as provisionally passed and copies of the City Manager's estimates and recommendations are on file with the Clerk of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, at the Municipal Building and may be examined by interested persons during office hours.
