ORDINANCE NO. 948
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, FIXING THE MONTHLY
SALARY AND OFFICIAL BOND OF THE CITY MANAGER, THE HEADS OF DEPART-
MENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISS ION OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1. That the monthly salary to be paid to, and the official bond to be given
by, the City Manager, the heads of the departments, and the employees of
the City Commission of Bozeman, Montana, for the fiscal year ending 30
June 1975, be as follows, to wit:

City Manager - Salary $1,610.00 per month, official bond $20,000.00
Ass't City Manager and
Director of Public Works - Salary $1,235.00 per month, of ficial bond $ 2,500.00
City Attorney - Salary $ 535.00 per month, official bond $ 2,500.00
Clerk of City Commission - Salary $ 860.00 per month, official bond $15,000.00
Director of Finance - Salary $1,210.00 per month, official bond $60,000.00
Police Judge - Salary $ 455.00 per month, official bond $ 2,500.00
Section 2. That the salaries and official bonds, as fixed by this ord inance, shall
be effective as of 1 July 1974.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after the
date of its passage and ,approval.
