AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23.5 OF THE BOZEMAN AREA ZONING
CODE TO PROVIDE FOR RADIO AND TELEVISION BUILDINGS IN A-S
(AGRICULTURE DISTRICT) AND B-3 (CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT) AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT OR DAlNED BY THE CITY COMMISS ION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS,
TO WIT:
That Section 23.5 of the Bozeman Area Zoning Code be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
23.5 CONDITIONAL USES
The following uses may be permitted as conditional uses in the districts
as specified.
A-S Agriculture District
Public and private parks and playgrounds, golf courses and
country clubs, hunting and fishing clubs, schools and churches
and travel trailer parks, and television and radio broadcast-
ing studios and transmitters.

B-3 Central Business District
Amusement and recreation activities, auction rooms, trans-
portation and utility stations, apartments, drive-in banks
and cleaners, and radio and television broadcasting and
transmitting studios.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days after its
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman this
